Our Instructors & Staff Members
Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.
Through extensive training, testing and certification, our staff has attained mastery in the martial arts and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to their students.
George Fitzgerald (SIFU) 
SIFU George Fitzgerald has been a devotee of the Martial Arts for the last 37 years. He currently holds various degrees of Black Belt (or its equivalent) in 14 martial arts systems, including Full Instructorship under the late Jeet Kune Do legend, Larry Hartsell, one of Bruce Lee's original and best students.
